Child Safeguarding Advice

Crawley & Maidenbower Panthers FC takes its child safeguarding responsibilities extremely seriously.

If you become aware of any issues at the football club where the safety of a child is compromised you should, in the first instance, make contact with the Club Welfare Officers - Margaret Emney and Julie Findlay.

They can be contacted by phone on 07711 050100 / 07454 744444 or by emailing welfare.cmpanthersfc@outlook.com

This will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Even if you are unsure about something, or whether it is even a problem, it is much better to report it. We will always take any report seriously and follow up as appropriate.

Concerns about the potential abuse of a child or young person should be reported to Children's Social Care on 01403 229900.

Support and advice is also available from the NSPCC by calling 0808 800 5000, by email at help@nspcc.org.uk, or online at their Child Protection in Sport Unit.

IF YOU KNOW OF ANY SITUATION WHERE A CHILD IS IN IMMEDIATE DANGER YOU MUST CALL THE POLICE ON 999.

Children under the age of 19 who are seeking support with any issue can contact Childline on 0800 1111 or childline.org.uk at any time.
